Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and assist them with seating and menu understanding. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly maintained throughout service. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests. Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests. Handle billing and payment procedures accurately, if assigned. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas. Support team members and contribute to smooth service flow. Follow restaurant policies, SOPs, and safety standards at all times. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/service associate (Freshers with a passion for hospitality and learning are encouraged to apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage. Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani/Hindi is an added benefit. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
