Service and Spare Parts Coordinator

Position:

Plan & provide quality & timely service & spare parts to customers & key accounts.

Education

Experience

Requirements:

• Improving customer relationship with quick response & short MTTR

• Excellent people and communication skills.

• Have good technical knowledge & exceptional commercial mindset.

• Can provide supports on weekends / holidays / extended hours.

• Maintain optimum stock levels of spares and consumables.

• Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.

• Takes full ownership and accountability for all assigned jobs.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & manufacturer for defect resolution, repairs or replacements.

• Proven work experience as a Service & Spares coordinator at packaging / manufacturing company.
