About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our members and guests. What You’ll Do

• Handle daily front desk tasks, including answering calls, managing records, and filing, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Conduct engaging gym tours, showcasing our facilities and benefits to prospective members.
• Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Support new member onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
• Stay up to date on all products and services, providing accurate information to customers.
• Report any maintenance issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to management.
• Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and account updates, and manage POS transactions for merchandise, classes, personal training, and recovery services.
• Be flexible to work shifts and participate in events, outreach programs, and other business needs.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
