SERVICE ADVISOR - TWO-WHEELER

The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service team. They ensure smooth communication, provide accurate information about vehicle issues, recommend appropriate services, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are hiring for Honda, Jawa, Yezdi and BSA two -wheeler service centers in Ernakulam (Kalamassery, Edappally, Aluva, Arakkunnam and Thripunithura).

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction
• Greet customers warmly and understand their service needs.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Explain service options, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Service Coordination
• Prepare job cards and assign tasks to technicians.
• Monitor service progress and update customers regularly.
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
• Technical & Product Knowledge
• Provide guidance on preventive maintenance and recommended repairs.
• Stay updated on two-wheeler models, service schedules, and warranty policies.
• Quality & Compliance
• Conduct post-service vehicle checks to ensure work quality.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and customer satisfaction guidelines.
• Sales & Upselling
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Achieve service-related sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Build long-term trust and loyalty with customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as Service Advisor or in customer-facing automotive roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in creating job cards & vehicle diagnostic works.

Work Environment

• Location: Two -Wheeler Service Center (Workshop + Front Office).
• Working Hours: 9-6
• Reporting To: Service Manager / Workshop Manager.
• Best Incentive scheme (Salary+ Incentive potential is up to Rs.30,000 per month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
