Role & responsibilities

Advisor Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Service Support

  • Greet customers promptly and understand their service requirements.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and document issues accurately.
  • Provide clear explanations of repair/maintenance needs and recommended services.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly customer-handling approach.

2. Job Card Preparation

  • Create detailed job cards with precise customer complaints, vehicle details, and required services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure all concerns are captured correctly.
  • Update job cards with additional findings and customer approvals.

3. Coordination with Workshop Team

  • Assign jobs to technicians based on priority and workload.
  • Communicate customer concerns clearly to the workshop/technical team.
  • Follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure availability of required parts by coordinating with the parts department.

4. Service Follow-Up & Status Updates

  • Provide customers with status updates during the service process.
