Role & responsibilities Advisor Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Service Support Greet customers promptly and understand their service requirements. Listen actively to customer concerns and document issues accurately. Provide clear explanations of repair/maintenance needs and recommended services. Maintain a professional and friendly customer-handling approach. 2. Job Card Preparation Create detailed job cards with precise customer complaints, vehicle details, and required services. Coordinate with technicians to ensure all concerns are captured correctly. Update job cards with additional findings and customer approvals. 3. Coordination with Workshop Team Assign jobs to technicians based on priority and workload. Communicate customer concerns clearly to the workshop/technical team. Follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion. Ensure availability of required parts by coordinating with the parts department. 4. Service Follow-Up & Status Updates Provide customers with status updates during the service process.
