Job Description: Nagraj Auto Garage is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service and clear communication regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance. Location:https://maps.app.goo.gl/fTtn62uqTYi5WxAu8?g_st=iw Key Responsibilities: -Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. -Understand customer requirements, document complaints, and provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates. -Coordinate with technicians to determine vehicle issues and relay information to customers. -Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles. -Ensure all repair work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction. -Advise customers on preventive maintenance and additional services for their vehicles. -Manage repair orders, invoices, and payments in an organized manner. Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in automotive studies is a plus. -Proven experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar role within an automotive environment. -Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance services. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Ability to multitask and work under pressure. -Proficiency in using computer software to manage job orders and invoicing.
