Job Description: Nagraj Auto Garage is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service and clear communication regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance. Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in automotive studies is a plus. -Proven experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar role within an automotive environment. -Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance services. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Ability to multitask and work under pressure. -Proficiency in using computer software to manage job orders and invoicing.
