Service Advisor (Nadakkavu)

Role Overview: As a Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, consulting with mechanics for necessary repairs, and selling or providing detailed information about available parts and service options. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and direct them to available mechanics - Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and offer alternatives to expensive repairs - Use your knowledge of products and services to sell or provide detailed information to customers - Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule appointments, vehicle drop-off, and pick-up - Provide information and advice on warranty protections, cost savings, and trading in versus fixing cars - Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule - Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times - Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner - Knowledge of automotive parts and services - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with mechanics and other staff members Please note that this job is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
