Greet customers and understand vehicle problems or service needs.
Listen carefully and record customer complaints accurately.
Provide service recommendations (periodic service, repairs, replacements)
Open job cards with accurate vehicle and customer details
Estimate labor cost, spare parts cost, and service time
Get customer approval before starting work
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
Prepare final bills and explain charges to customers
Explain the work done and replaced parts
Give maintenance tips and next service reminders
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Candidates with prior experience as a Service Advisor in a Luxury Automobile Dealership will be given preference.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
