1. Service Advisor / Outlet Manager Responsibilities: - Act as the primary bridge between customer and technician. - Greet customers, understand their service needs, and explain solutions confidently. - Quote accurate prices and provide estimates. - Check stock availability in the store and manage inventory. - Supervise and manage technicians and helpers on a daily basis. - Handle daily operations, cash/transaction recording, and customer follow-ups. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in automotive service (preferably luxury/German cars). - Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). - Strong customer-handling skills with a professional appearance. - Good technical understanding of cars (brakes, general servicing). - Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate 2 :Technician (Luxury Car Specialist) Responsibilities: - Carry out brake jobs, rotor replacements, fluid changes, and general car servicing. - Diagnose issues in German/European cars with accuracy. - Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. - Guide junior helpers and maintain workshop standards
