Duties in General
Responsible for reliable & comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all customers at all time. Always advise & consult customers on service needs and explains the performed work to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
•Experience in the automotive After Sales Business is preferred.
•Excellent communication skills.•Professional and courteous attitude..•Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
•To organize test drives to ensure correct diagnosis by a service technician and workshop master technician.
•To check parts availability prior to start of repairs.
•To arrange final approval with test drive and check of invoice.
•To hand over the car to the customer with invoice explanation (costs & jobs carried out).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
