Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. This role involves understanding customer concerns, explaining services, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and listen to their service needs or complaints.
  • Open job cards and record details accurately in the system.
  • Provide service cost estimates and get customer approval.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor service progress.
  • Update customers regarding job status, additional work, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after proper quality checks.
  • Handle warranty claims and explain the coverage to customers (if applicable).
  • Maintain service records and follow up with customers for feedback.
  • Promote service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and accessories.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the Service Manager if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
