Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role with a reputed two-wheeler brand. The Service Advisor will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards and estimate costs and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate service updates and additional repair recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and support warranty claim processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor with a recognized two-wheeler brand (Honda experience preferred).
• Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and service procedures.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software (DMS) will be an advantage.

Attractive salary package commensurate with experience and performance.
