Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships
by serving as the main point of contact.
Schedule services and appointments
for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate with mechanics and dealerships
to ensure timely repairs and after-sales services.
Manage workshop operations and inventory control.
Ensure the timely delivery of spare parts.
Provide advisory services
for car maintenance and repairs.
Maintain high service standards
to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Completion of
ITI Motor Mechanic
or a
Diploma in Mechanical
.
Proven experience as a
Service Advisor
or a
Diesel Mechanic
.
Experience in
workshop operations and inventory management
.
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to provide effective advisory services for car maintenance.
