SERVICE ADVISOR (AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Advisor specializing in Yamaha bikes and scooters to join our team at CAG Yamaha. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in diagnosing motorcycle or scooter issues.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service bay efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and coordinate repair work.
• Keep detailed records of service transactions, including invoices and service reports.
• Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their Yamaha vehicles.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tools and equipment.
• Stay updated with Yamaha's latest products, technologies, and service procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote service packages and upsell additional services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Yamaha bikes and scooters, including technical specifications and maintenance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer systems and service management software.
• Certification or training in motorcycle mechanics is a plus.
• A valid motorcycle license is preferred.
