Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers and direct them to available mechanics. You will consult with mechanics on necessary repairs and discuss possible alternatives to expensive repairs. Utilizing your knowledge of our products and services, you will effectively sell or provide detailed information about available parts and service options to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering questions related to service outcomes, scheduling appointments, vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Your role will also involve providing customers with valuable information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the benefits of trading in versus fixing their vehicle. You will play a key role in managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring efficient operations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with calling customers to inform them about service changes or car pick-up times, while maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. This position requires a full-time commitment on a permanent basis. The benefits include health insurance and a provident fund.
