*Supervisor Duties:* 1. Oversee daily operations 2. Manage staff (waiters, bartenders, etc.) 3. Ensure customer satisfaction 4. Handle customer complaints 5. Monitor inventory and supplies 6. Maintain cleanliness and organization 7. Implement policies and procedures 8. Train new staff members 9. Manage scheduling and staffing 10. Report to management *Waiter Duties:* 1. Take orders and serve food/drinks 2. Provide excellent customer service 3. Handle customer requests and complaints 4. Manage tables and ensure timely service 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and surrounding areas 6. Process payments and handle transactions 7. Communicate with kitchen staff and other servers 8. Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly 9. Handle special requests and dietary needs 10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month Expected hours: No more than 63 per week Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Night shift Work Location: In person
