Job Description For Server L1 Exp - 2-3 years Devices monitoring, Tickets and email monitoring, Alerts management and first level calls handling Provide first-level support for server operations. Assist with the setup and maintenance of server equipment. Respond to and resolve server-related incidents. Maintain accurate records of server incidents and resolutions. Job Description For Server L2 Exp - 3-5 years Escalated tickets handling and assisting Leads during critical activities Handle escalated server issues from L1 support.
