Job Description For Server L1 Exp - 2-3 years Devices monitoring, Tickets and email monitoring, Alerts management and first level calls handling Provide first-level support for server operations. Assist with the setup and maintenance of server equipment. Respond to and resolve server-related incidents. Maintain accurate records of server incidents and resolutions. Job Description For Server L2 Exp - 3-5 years Escalated tickets handling and assisting Leads during critical activities Handle escalated server issues from L1 support. Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. Assist in the development of server support documentation. Provide training and guidance to L1 support staff.
