🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for payment systems
• 결제 시스템을 위한 백엔드 서비스 설계, 개발 및 유지보수
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of payment transactions
• 결제 거래의 보안, 신뢰성 및 확장성 확보
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• 제품, 프론트엔드, QA 팀과 협업하여 엔드투엔드 솔루션 제공
• Optimize system performance and monitor operational metrics
• 시스템 성능 최적화 및 운영 지표 모니터링
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions proactively
• 문제 해결 및 선제적 개선 조치 수행
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• 코드 리뷰 참여 및 높은 코드 품질 기준 유지

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably in payment systems
• 백엔드 개발 경력 3년 이상, 결제 시스템 경험 우대
• Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js
• Java, Kotlin, Node.js 등 강력한 프로그래밍 능력
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• 관계형 및 비관계형 DB(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 등) 경험
• Understanding of security, encryption, and payment compliance standards
• 보안, 암호화 및 결제 관련 규제 준수 이해
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• 클라우드(AWS, GCP 등) 및 컨테이너(Docker, Kubernetes) 경험
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
