As a Marketing Specialist, your role involves allocating funds for paid promotions and staying updated on new trends to develop effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for increasing marketing efficiency by setting both long- and short-term objectives and measuring team performance through KPIs. It is crucial to keep senior management informed about the results of all marketing activities and use insights to devise strategies to improve performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Study new growth techniques and conduct conversion testing and reports for optimization - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of marketing strategies - Utilize strong analytical abilities to enhance consumer experience at every stage of the marketing funnel - Manage marketing insights and supervise campaigns, including financial planning and website optimization - Optimize social media pages and track website traffic and metrics for performance evaluation - Provide detailed reports to management teams and clients while overseeing marketing teams and pitching new ideas Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Data Analysis - Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and using tools like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and DoubleClick Search - Familiarity with Google AdWords Keyword Planner, Google AdSense, Google Trends, Google My Business, and Video Marketing Other Skills: - Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Technology, Time Management, Organization, and Research Conduct - Adherence to SEO best practices Qualifications Required: - 0.5-2 years of experience in a similar role - Education: MBA or minimum Bachelors degree (Required) - Language: English proficiency (Preferred) - License/Certification: BBA/MBA This full-time, permanent role based in Navi Mumbai offers a salary range of INR 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month with health insurance benefits.
