job description We are looking for a

SEO & YouTube Manager

to enhance our digital presence by optimizing content for search engines and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO strategies, YouTube algorithms, and video content optimization to drive organic traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research for website content, blogs, and YouTube videos to improve search rankings.
On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking for better search visibility.
YouTube SEO Optimization: Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to maximize views and engagement.
Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure all website and YouTube content is SEO-friendly and engaging.
YouTube Channel Growth: Implement strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and video rankings on YouTube.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors SEO and YouTube strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Video Promotion: Utilize YouTube ads, social media, and backlinking techniques to improve video reach.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website and YouTube performance using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and SEO software.
Algorithm Updates: Stay updated with Google and YouTube algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, video editors, and marketing teams to align SEO and YouTube growth strategies.
Trend Analysis: Identify trending topics and opportunities to create viral and high-performing content.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEO and YouTube optimization.
Skills: Strong understanding of Google Search, YouTube algorithms, keyword research, and analytics tools.
Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and video SEO tools.
