About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Expert / Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team at The Global Hues. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the SEO strategies of multiple content websites, ensuring optimal visibility and organic growth. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of comprehensive SEO campaigns, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics. You will play a critical role in enhancing our websites authority, increasing traffic, and improving search engine rankings on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with content creators, designers, and developers to optimize content and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably with a background in content or media. Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Screaming Frog is essential. A strong understanding of Google's algorithms, ranking signals, and best practices is required. Candidates should demonstrate creative thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are also important. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage SEO strategies for more than five content websites, from keyword research and content optimization to authority building and link acquisition.
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive SEO campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic, domain authority, and global visibility.
- Lead on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, meta data, and user experience improvements.
- Implement off-page SEO tactics such as international guest posting, backlink outreach, and network development.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics, preparing detailed monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
