Job Summary:
We are hiring an SEO & Social Media Specialist to improve website ranking, grow social media reach, increase engagement, manage hashtag strategies, and optimize digital presence for the GPDE Digital Ecosystem. The role is focused on traffic generation, audience growth, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve search ranking with SEO best practices
• Optimize GPDE website pages for keywords & metadata
• Manage social media growth (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Create hashtag strategies for each content category
• Run engagement campaigns and posting schedules
• Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with content, website, and video teams
• Improve visibility across all digital platforms

Skills Required:

• SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (optional)
• Social Media optimization (FB, IG, YT)
• Keyword research and content optimization
• Hashtag strategy and organic reach improvement
• Analytics interpretation
• Strong communication & strategy planning

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,960.53 - ₹33,724.14 per month
