Job Summary

Citiline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for the Channel009–GPDE Digital Media Project. The role involves leading Head Office and district-level sales teams, expanding Panchayat-level market presence, and driving token/GPDE subscription growth across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage District Sales Managers, Sales Executives and LFAs
• Build and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Develop market penetration strategies at Panchayat and block levels
• Handle high-value conversions and token closures
• Manage lead funnel, calling cycles, follow-ups and reporting systems
• Develop sales training systems and pitch processes
• Plan and execute marketing communication and field promotion campaigns

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of experience in Field Sales & Team Handling
• Strong understanding of Rajasthan districts and rural markets
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM / Google Sheets / MIS tools
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
