Job Description

We are hiring Delivery Associates (Courier Executives) to join our Jaipur logistics team.
As a Delivery Associate, you will ensure safe, timely, and respectful delivery of parcels and documents, while representing the company with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver parcels, documents, and essential items across Jaipur
• Handle packages carefully and record delivery status
• Communicate politely with customers and maintain professionalism
• Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes for efficiency
• Report daily activity and coordinate with office team

Requirements

• Minimum Education: 10th pass (12th preferred)
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license (own bike preferred; fuel allowance provided)
• Knowledge of Jaipur routes & ability to use Google Maps
• Polite, punctual, and disciplined
• Basic smartphone handling skills

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (including fuel + incentives)

हम अपनी जयपुर लॉजिस्टिक्स टीम में डिलीवरी एसोसिएट्स (Courier Executives) भर्ती कर रहे हैं।
डिलीवरी एसोसिएट के रूप में आपका काम पार्सल और डॉक्यूमेंट्स को सुरक्षित, समय पर और सम्मानपूर्वक ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाना होगा और कंपनी का प्रोफेशनल प्रतिनिधित्व करना होगा।

जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities)

• जयपुर शहर में पार्सल, डॉक्यूमेंट्स और ज़रूरी सामान की पिकअप और डिलीवरी करना।
• पैकेज को सावधानी से संभालना और डिलीवरी स्टेटस दर्ज करना।
• ग्राहकों से शालीनता से बातचीत करना और प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार बनाए रखना।
• तय डिलीवरी शेड्यूल और रूट्स का पालन करना ताकि समय की बचत हो।
• रोज़ाना की डिलीवरी रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और ऑफिस टीम के साथ तालमेल रखना।

पात्रता (Requirements)

• न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 10वीं पास (12वीं को प्राथमिकता)।
• वैध 2-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (अपनी बाइक हो तो बेहतर; फ्यूल अलाउंस मिलेगा)।
• जयपुर के रूट्स की जानकारी और Google Maps चलाने की क्षमता।
• समय के पाबंद, अनुशासित और शिष्ट स्वभाव।
• स्मार्टफोन चलाने की बुनियादी जानकारी।
