Position: SEO/SMO Specialist Experience Required: 2 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and efficient SEO/SMO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and creating a welcoming digital environment for our patients while ensuring smooth operations across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Ongoing monitoring, management, and optimization of a portfolio of SEO/SMO campaigns to meet key performance metrics. - Providing campaign performance snapshots upon request from the digital account manager, tracking progress against strategic goals. - Mastery of social media posting techniques and brand management. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends and techniques in Internet Marketing and SEO/SMO practices. - Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis; optimizing meta tags, URL structures, and page content for improved rankings. - Designing, creating, and managing promotional and social ad campaigns. - Creating, curating, and managing all published content, including images, blogs, videos, and written pieces. - Utilizing SEO tools such as Moz, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Word Tracker for optimal campaign management. - Analyzing and reporting on competitive keyword rankings across major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. - Achieving targets related to search ranking and web through on-page and off-page SEO activities. - Exhibiting expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) from an SEO perspective, with a Specialization in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Canva. Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. - A strong sense of ownership, drive, and urgency. - Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a highly-demanding, fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
