Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Pilren, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on search engine optimization and paid advertising strategies to drive organic traffic and improve online visibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all content creation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and campaign effectiveness for management.

Skills and Qualifications

2-10 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
Experience with PPC advertising, particularly Google Ads and social media platforms.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
