Job Description

You will be joining Stripe as an SEO to lead the SEO strategy for Stripe Docs, in close collaboration with the Global SEO Lead. Your main focus will be on enhancing the SEO channel by implementing strategies to increase visibility and revenue for Stripe. This will involve on-site optimization, content development, international SEO, and technical SEO efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, Developer Relations, Design, Product, and Analytics to ensure the success of the SEO strategies. Your responsibilities will include enhancing website content and structure for better search engine rankings and user experience, developing international SEO strategies, addressing technical SEO improvements, creating strategic SEO plans, and analyzing performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in crafting and executing SEO strategies. You should be a motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. It is essential to have deep expertise in all disciplines of SEO including technical, on-site, and off-site SEO. Additionally, you should be data-driven, results-oriented, and proficient in B2B and SEO performance data. Preferred qualifications include experience in acquiring technical users, enterprise SEO experience, software engineering background, multilingual literacy, B2B experience, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with web analytics tools. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is desired. You will be expected to work closely with stakeholders, utilize various SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Google Keyword Planner, and have proficiency in professional English literacy. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in Google Drive apps, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other reporting software. The role may require in-office presence for at least 50% of the time in a given month, depending on the team, role, and location.
