SEO Manager

Role & responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and identify untapped growth opportunities.

On-Page & Technical SEO

• Optimize category pages, product listings, and blogs for maximum search visibility.
• Ensure website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, and schema implementation.
• Collaborate with developers on SEO-driven improvements for Wooden Streets Next.js platform.

Content SEO

• Work with in-house writers to create content aligned with user intent and EEAT guidelines.
• Optimize product descriptions, blogs, and web stories for search and user experience.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Build a strong backlink profile through outreach, PR, and digital partnerships.
• Strengthen Wooden Streets local SEO presence across all store locations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to leadership.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor SEO executives and analysts.
• Work closely with tech, design, and marketing teams to drive integrated growth campaigns.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of proven SEO experience (preferably in

  e-commerce / retail industry

  ).
• Strong expertise in

  on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  .
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  structured data, AMP, local SEO, and international SEO

  .
• Familiarity with

  Next.js, PHP CMS Platforms

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Updated with the latest

  Google algorithms, AI-driven search, and SEO trends
