Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented SEO Manager with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will lead SEO strategies, ensure effective execution, and oversee a small team to achieve measurable growth in organic visibility. This role requires strong analytical abilities, up-to-date SEO knowledge, and the leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members while collaborating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical elements for maximum search performance.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Assign SEO tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
  • Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to junior SEO team members.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices to adapt strategies.
