Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner.
Help update meta titles, descriptions, alt tags on client websites.
Upload and format blogs in WordPress / CMS.
Track keyword rankings for different clients and prepare reports.
Maintain and update internal linking maps.
Collect competitor keyword and backlink data for analysis.
Help execute local SEO tasks like GMB posting and citation updates.
Run checks for broken links and 404 errors.
Compile monthly performance spreadsheets (traffic, rankings).
Learn to use Google Analytics & Search Console for basic insights.
Assist in outreach email lists for link building.
Research latest SEO trends and present ideas in team meetings.
Support off-page submissions (business directories, forum posts).
Keep folders organized with screenshots and audit notes.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO concepts.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good written English for content tweaks.

Nice-to-Have:

Any internship project / certificate in SEO or digital marketing fundamentals.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
