Job Description: SEO Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our Marketing team. The intern will assist in improving website visibility, keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and analyzing website performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for ranking improvement.
• Assist in on-page SEO activities such as meta title, meta description, header optimization, and keyword placement.
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
• Perform website audits to identify technical issues.
• Help in link-building activities (backlinks, directory submissions, guest posts, etc.).
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
• Support content team in creating SEO-friendly blog posts/articles.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly SEO reports.
• Analyze competitor websites for SEO insights.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar (added advantage).
• Good written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
