About the Role: SEO Specialist We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team and strengthen our organic performance across client websites and content platforms. If you live and breathe search rankings, keyword strategies, and analytics dashboards — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to improve on-page and off-page SEO. Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and technical aspects to boost rankings and visibility. Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that drive traffic and engagement. Manage and execute link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles. Track, analyze, and report key SEO metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and domain authority. Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. Proficient in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate. Ready to join immediately.
