You will be expected to perform technical audits by evaluating site architecture, speed, and crawlability using agency tools and systems. Client communication is a key aspect of this role, as you will engage in calls to deliver completed work and ensure outstanding customer service. Utilizing our company CRM system, you will track account performance and manage various projects. Generating reports through platforms like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio will be a regular part of your tasks. Monitoring and maintaining client accounts to track progress and reporting internally will also be essential. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to enhance clients" SEO performance and guaranteeing client satisfaction. To achieve this, you will conduct SEO gap analysis using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SE Ranking to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
