You should have knowledge of Custom PHP and WordPress. You must be an expert in converting HTML to WordPress theme and developing themes. Your experience should include WordPress development with a focus on theme and plugin development. It is important that you have significant experience in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins. A good understanding of MySQL database is required for this role. Experience with WordPress is mandatory, while experience with other CMS/frameworks will be an added advantage. Knowledge of MVC frameworks and SVN would be a huge plus. You should be able to work as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role. The ability to take responsibility for completing projects and meeting client requirements is essential.
