Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, tools, and best practices to increase our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta-tag optimization, link building, and content creation.
• Analyse website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and generate reports to monitor and improve organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website design.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
• Manage and improve local SEO strategy and presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in content coverage & areas of opportunity.
• Work with social media, PPC, and email marketing teams to optimize campaigns and integrate cross-channel strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Experience with website optimization tools and keyword research tools.
• Strong understanding of web analytics to derive meaningful insights for content strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
