Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations (meta tags, headers, URLs, internal links).
Perform keyword research and collaborate with content teams for SEO-focused content creation.
Optimize website performance (speed, mobile, crawlability, structured data, etc.).
Manage and monitor off-page SEO activities with external agencies, ensuring high-quality backlinks.
Track and report SEO performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) with actionable insights.
Analyze competitors and recommend new growth opportunities.
Stay updated with algorithm changes and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
24 years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page & off-page), ideally in the
Marketing Agency / education sector.
Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Strapi) and basic HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.

Preferred:

Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, etc.
Experience with website migrations or large-scale sites.
Understanding of UX principles in SEO.
