Senior/Principal Consultant - Executive Search

As a Senior/Principal Consultant at Dimensions HRD Middle East, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search assignments. Your role will involve client engagement, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and ensuring successful placements. Operating remotely, you will collaborate closely with clients and candidates, with occasional travel to Dubai and other client locations for in-person meetings as required. - Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their strategic hiring needs and providing tailored talent solutions. - Talent Acquisition: Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and headhunting to identify and engage high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions. - Process Management: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movements to provide informed insights to clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and support business development initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or talent acquisition within the Middle East region. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing senior-level executive search assignments. - Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and engagements.,
