Senior/Junior MERN Stack Developers(1-5 years Experience)

We're looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 1 year of experience in developing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript and modern web development concepts.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications using MERN stack

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Troubleshoot and debug applications

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Required Skills:

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services

- Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month, which is competitive based on industry standards. According to various sources, the average salary for a MERN Stack Developer in India with 1-2 years of experience is around ₹3.4 to ₹4.6 lakhs per annum.¹

• Experience and Qualification:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in MERN stack development

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
