Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Senior/Chief Manager- Insurance for Jaipur location.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle IRDAI reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.
Oversee nomination, examination, and certification of Specified Persons as per IRDAI guidelines.
Manage medical underwriting cases and ensure closure within defined TATs.
Prepare commission statements, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely settlements.
Coordinate with insurance partners for issuance, renewals, and policy management.
Lead a small team, drive productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and resolve claims, complaints, and service requests.
Implement process improvements and support digitization initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Insurance, or related field.
610 years of experience in Insurance Operations/Compliance.
Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance platforms (LMS, EGL, SFDC).
Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
