Job Summary:

Senior Workday Reporting Consultant (Certified)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of complex Workday reports including

  Composite, Matrix, Advanced

  ,

  Trending

  , and

  Dashboards

  across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
• Act as a Workday reporting SME, advising HR, Finance, and leadership teams on best practices, scalable solutions, and data governance.
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Create and optimize

  calculated fields

  ,

  ,

  analytics dashboards

  , and security frameworks for reporting.
• Provide leadership during Workday updates, including regression testing and impact assessments on reports.
  
• Manage reporting-related components of large-scale Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  
• Mentor junior Workday reporting analysts and support knowledge sharing across teams.
  
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and recommend system enhancements.
  
• Stay abreast of new Workday releases, tools (e.g.,

  ), and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Active Workday Reporting Certification

  (Required).

• Workday Core HCM or Workday Reporting or Workday Prism Analytics Certification

  is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead consultant role.
  
• Strong command of Workday HCM reporting architecture and business object relationships.
  
• Proven experience with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.
  
• Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, building prototypes, and delivering scalable reporting solutions.
  
• Advanced knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and security in a Workday environment.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for data accuracy and usability.
