Senior Workday Integration Developer

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations to cater to the specific requirements of the organization. Your deep understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, coupled with strong technical skills, will be instrumental in managing complex projects and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. By enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, you play a crucial part in the organization's success. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to meet organizational needs. - Utilize expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization. - Build 2-3 applications using Workday Extend and create Extend orchestrations for modeling business processes. - Demonstrate proficiency in app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes. - Utilize tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST). - Develop APIs, design data architecture, and utilize Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer). - Implement Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and ensure data governance. - Ensure Workday certification and design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with business objectives. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and facilitate collaborative workshops for consensus building. - Maintain technical documentation including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows with a focus on data integrity and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant. - Expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization. - Exposure to Workday Orchestrate and experience in building applications using Workday Extend. - Strong understanding of app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes. - Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST). - Background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer). - Familiarity with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance. - Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives. - Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach. - Excellent communication skills and proactive in knowledge transfer.,
