Senior Workday Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM configuration. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on experience in configuring various aspects of Workday HCM such as organization types, job profiles, compensation, and employee self-service functionalities. You should possess a strong understanding of the Workday security model and business processes. Additionally, you will be required to have in-depth experience in EIB integration, calculated fields, and advanced reports within the Workday system. Your role will involve analyzing Workday release updates to assess and communicate the impact of feature changes on existing configurations. Troubleshooting Workday issues and conducting diagnostic research will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. It is imperative that you serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday and provide support to stakeholders as needed. Optional skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience with integration tools like co-connector/PICOF, understanding of Workday Studio, familiarity with Zendesk and BIRT, as well as exposure to other Workday modules such as absence, time tracking, and performance management. A non-negotiable requirement for this position is a solid background and experience in the Workday Core HCM module. You will be expected to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office.,
