As a WordPress Developer, your role involves building and maintaining custom WordPress solutions that are tailored to meet the client's specific business requirements. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop custom themes, plugins, and templates based on the approved designs. - Convert PSD/Figma layouts into responsive WordPress websites. - Optimize page load speeds, implement SEO tags, and ensure responsiveness across devices. - Document reusable components and coding logic for future reference. - Address and resolve bugs, respond to QA issues, and support delivery revisions as needed. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Time taken per page/module delivery - Percentage of bugs identified during QA - Number of client change requests received post-delivery - Website speed score (Lighthouse or GTmetrix) Should you require any further information or clarification, please feel free to reach out.
