Senior WebLogic Administrator

As a member of the Support organization, your main responsibility is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, while also representing and advocating for customer needs. This includes addressing non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as handling technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Support. Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to internal Oracle employees in various customer scenarios and escalated issues. In the role of a Senior Systems Engineer, you will regularly engage with the customer's IT team, either on-site or remotely. Your primary task will involve resolving moderately complex technical issues related to the installation, maintenance, use, and troubleshooting of Oracle products. It is expected that you possess extensive experience in certain Oracle products and multiple supported platforms. You will be required to work relatively independently, providing updates and insights to management on your progress and status. Your job responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring you to exercise independent judgment. You may even take on a project lead role. Given the significant customer interaction involved, your ability to work effectively with customers, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction is crucial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or possess equivalent experience, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Oracle's core products, applications, and tools is highly valued. Your career level for this position is classified as IC3.,
