As a Senior Web Designer (UX / CMS) at Denodo, you will play a crucial role in leading the continuous enhancement of the corporate website and digital experience. Your responsibilities will involve translating executive directives, product positioning, and marketing goals into user-centered, responsive, and brand-aligned web experiences, integrating systems-level UX thinking with hands-on implementation in the content management system (CMS). Collaboration with content strategists and developers locally and globally is key in this role to ensure a cohesive design approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interpret and refine design briefs to establish clear project scopes. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts aligned with user goals and business objectives. - Translate modular content into reusable web components for clean implementation and long-term maintainability. - Ensure full responsiveness and optimization of the website across various devices. - Implement designs directly within the CMS, maintaining consistency across regions and languages. - Audit, refine, and evolve web design systems to ensure accessibility, performance, and brand alignment. - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user-centered digital experiences. - Monitor UX performance metrics and propose data-driven optimizations. - Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies to enhance the website and user experience continually. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in UX or Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and front-end tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript. - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and SEO best practices. - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
