Job Title: Senior Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom-coded, visually stunning websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and advanced animation libraries.
- Develop dynamic motion and interaction using tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie, ScrollTrigger, Locomotive Scroll, Anime.js, Barba.js, and Three.js.
- Build and manage websites using WordPress, Shopify, GoDaddy Builders, Wix, Webflow, and Headless CMS frameworks (e.g., Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).
- Develop custom WordPress themes, blocks, and plugins using PHP, ACF, and modern page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Bricks, etc.).
- Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices — structured data, site speed optimization, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web design and development (agency experience preferred).
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Proficiency in GSAP and other animation/interactivity frameworks (Framer Motion, Lottie, ScrollTrigger, Locomotive Scroll, Anime.js, Barba.js, Three.js).
- Experience working with WordPress (custom themes, ACF, performance optimization, security hardening).
- Experience with Headless CMS and frameworks such as Next.js, Strapi, Sanity, or Contentful.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Strong sense of UI/UX design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Portfolio showcasing animated, SEO-optimized websites built with modern technologies.
- Proficiency in Three.js and WebGL: Experience in building interactive 3D environments and handling complex rendering tasks.
- Expertise in GSAP: Ability to create smooth, high-performance animations for web applications.
- Experience with Scroll-based Interaction Libraries: Familiarity with tools like ScrollTrigger or Lenis to implement scroll-driven animations.
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling and Texturing: Skills in creating and optimizing 3D models and textures for web use.
- Responsive Design Practices: Ensuring that interactive elements function smoothly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Performance Optimization Techniques: Implementing strategies to maintain high performance, such as lazy loading and efficient asset management.
