Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing modern, user-friendly websites and web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, user experience, and responsive design. Knowledge of React is a bonus and adds extra value. Key Responsibilities: Design clean, modern, and responsive UI for websites and web applications Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring concepts to life Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Ensure consistency in design across all platforms Optimize design elements for usability and performance Contribute to improving design standards and user experience Participate in discussions with international clients when required Be open to working in shifts depending on client needs Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach Good sense of color theory, typography, layout, and overall visual hierarchy Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Educational background in: BCA / MCA B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science B.Sc in Information Technology (IT) or related fields Working knowledge of React or willingness to learn Experience working with international clients Willingness to relocate to Surat Open to working in shifts based on client/project needs Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background in: BCA / MCA B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science B.Sc in Information Technology (IT) Experience working with international clients, including handling meetings, requirement gathering, and communication. Willingness to relocate to Surat . Open to working in shifts , based on client/project needs. Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies .
