Senior Web Designer

As a Senior Web & App Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are user-centric, aesthetically pleasing, and functional across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design process from concept to final product - Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs - Ensuring design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness - Collaborating with developers for seamless integration - Conducting user research and usability testing - Developing personas, user stories, and journey maps - Optimizing user experiences based on data-driven insights - Working closely with cross-functional teams - Presenting design concepts and iterating based on feedback - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers - Leading design reviews and contributing to process improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field - 3-5+ years of professional experience in web and app design - Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with responsive and adaptive design - Knowledge of web accessibility standards - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach - Familiarity with animation tools and Agile methodologies - Experience with user testing tools and A/B testing The company is based in Indore, MP, and follows a work from the office model.
